Souped, operated by Capicua Group Inc., does not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months and have no plans to do so.
We also do not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.
Our Cookie Practices
Souped uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Hotjar, and RB2B) with your opt-in consent to understand how the Service is used. We do not use cookies to serve targeted advertisements or engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Because we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for advertising purposes through cookies on our platform.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically. If your browser sends a GPC signal (Sec-GPC: 1), we treat it as a valid opt-out request under applicable state privacy laws.
